How to Book an Appointment

Booking your Celebricare session is simple and straightforward:

  1. Browse Providers: Visit our provider directory to find the perfect match
  2. Select a Provider: Click on a provider's profile to view their services and availability
  3. Choose a Service: Select the type of session you'd like to book
  4. Pick a Time: Choose from available time slots that work with your schedule
  5. Complete Booking: Fill in your details and confirm your appointment
  6. Receive Confirmation: You'll get an email confirmation with all the details

Rescheduling Your Appointment

Need to change your appointment time? Here's how:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible
  • Online Rescheduling: Use your dashboard to reschedule directly
  • Contact Support: Call or email us if you need assistance
  • Provider Availability: New times are subject to provider availability

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel. Here's our policy:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit to your account
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund or credit
  • No-Show: No refund, but we'll work with you on special circumstances
  • Emergency Situations: Contact us immediately for special consideration
