Yes! VIP members have access to our Celebrity Request Program. While we cannot guarantee availability for every requested celebrity, our team works diligently to secure partnerships with requested talent. If you have a specific celebrity in mind, submit your request through your VIP dashboard, and our Celebrity Relations team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss possibilities and timelines.

If a session is canceled by the celebrity or our team, you'll receive immediate notification along with several options: reschedule for the next available time with the same celebrity, choose a different celebrity for your session, or receive credit for the canceled session (worth 1.5x the original session value). In rare cases where none of these options work for you, we offer full refunds for the canceled session.

Privacy is our top priority. All communications between you and celebrities are protected by end-to-end encryption. Both parties sign comprehensive NDAs before any interaction. Your personal information is stored using bank-level security protocols, and we never share your data with third parties without explicit consent. Additionally, you can customize your privacy settings to control exactly what information is visible to celebrities and the Celebricare team.
