Sometimes life gives you more than you can manage and you need someone to talk to who can really listen without judgement, can empathize and give you the right tools to help you work your way through a crisis. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to connect couples. We work on Communication. Conflict Resolution, Finances, Parenting, 5 types of Intimacy. Couples can take a Prepare and Enrich Assessment that helps them open up conversations about areas in their relationship where they need the most work. I use Positive Psychology Exercises, AAA Communication and Active Listening so each person feels heard.
