Description

I am a psychiatrist board certified in Adult Psychiatry as well as Sleep Medicine. My focus is the behavioral treatment of insomnia. I provide medical supervision provided to those desiring taper off sleep medications. Telehealth is offered. Please note I do not accept insurance. Email me for rates and details: nwsleepandbehavior@gmail.com. I am currently only accepting patients located in Tennessee.

I offer an insomnia treatment program tailored to my patients' individual needs. Frequently there are complex reasons for sleep complaints, and my background in sleep medicine and psychiatry allows for a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan that may include behavioral, pharmacological, and psychological interventions. Please email rather than phone.

I do not accept any insurance plans or Medicare. Clients may pursue out of network benefits with their insurance providers. This way, I am able to work directly for the patient and not for third parties. I do not refill benzodiazepines without a taper plan in place.
